Areop-Enap Join Date: Nov 2012 Location: Dungeon	Re: Level up Card Actually, in the rules, it says you have to play GUAL cards in the BEGINNING of your turn, unless of course you have a Cheat! card or a special power enabling using GUALs at other times.
