Axe Cop: Queen of England

It seems like the decision has been made. I was checking the FAQ and noticed it was updated:

A. It can come from your hand or the discards, as long as it doesn't duplicate a Power you already have in play. Discard the Power (and the Queen of England) at the end of your turn.

So the Power only lasts until the end of your turn, with its Rank being 0 for that whole time. It seemed to me from the original wording that you could choose to discard a different Power instead or keep it in play if your Level was high enough, as it implied that only the Rank changes at the end of your turn, but that's clearly not the intent given the FAQ.
