The wording does exist, though. I don't want to link to it for obvious reasons, but the image on BoardGameGeek for Ranch Hand does show the "In addition to the normal Sidekick powers" text.
It's odd that I don't seem to have that wording. I have a feeling that older copies of the DB are on the laptop that croaked. . . I'll have to poke someone so that makes its way on to the errata.
