Mine arrived tonight! I didn't even know Fedex delivered at 8:00. The only thing I dislike is the included German door cards for Fantasy have the same background coloring as the treasure cards (more tan background as opposed to off-white).
I am planning on doing a translation reference page soon, so if you want to throw in the German cards you can just look at the reference sheet if you forget what the card means. I'll post a link to that if any one wants it. Many of the including cards are direct translations of the English cards, though, so I don't think it'll be that hard. Also, I'm only planning on writing the direct text for the cards that don't have an English equivalent. For the English-equivalent cards I'd simply put a translation key (ex. Halb-Brut = Half-breed). It wouldn't pose a copyright problem posting the full text translations would it? Last edited by DoomedDuck; 08-30-2012 at 09:46 PM. |

I was planning on doing something similar over the weekend and was going to do the same thing with the English cards, which include 55 cards of the 56 in More Good Cards (everything except Theme Music), the Reversal of Fortune Scroll from the Kill-O-Meter and the Promo cards: Mystic Correspondence, Step and a Half, Behind Door Number 3, The Stars are Cruel, My Little Cthulhu and Igor Ichor.
Many of the other cards were also translated here, leaving only 25 or so others out of the 101 to translate. Edit: Oh, I also note that in the other thread, the same translation as the one my buddy translated for the Sammlerkoffer was posted. I'm now almost certain that's the real rule. |

I guess I can help answer this too. I paid for mine on the 8th and it arrived on the 24th. I ordered it back in March if that means anything. Unlike our US friends, who get it couriered, ours seem to being sent by standard International post.

Clipper & Doomed Duck - I've made translations of the entire Sammlerkoffer deck. PM me your address if you want it. If nothing else I'd love to compare it with your translations and try to come up with a consensus of what the translation should be.

Has anyone else noticed that the Kill-O-Meter included with the Sammlerkoffer is a bit lighter and the cardboard less thick than before? I have had my Kill-O-Meters for awhile and they were purchased in the United States. I am curious if this is a new manufacturer process entirely or a difference because this one came from Germany.

I preordered mine in March too. Paid with paypal on August 9th. I sent a query email to them last night so hopefully will hear something back soon. I'm in Melbourne so shouldn't be too different than Sydney in terms of shipping times. |
