SO......,
After reading through and finally re-reading a list in the GCA it looks like my best bet is or was: Professional Skill: Distilling. However, I linked the thread to 2 or 3 of my players in an e-mail and the main character connected to question prefers his character have 'Brewing' as a Hobby skill as suggested by Ed The Coastie. - Ed C.
