No problems, although it's not really a ruling, I'm not qualified for that. I really like to help, though and I try to understand every facet of the game and to incorporate everything I've learned from the amazing moderators here in my answers.

Also, enjoy the game. The experience is really enjoyable. You also came up with some really great questions there, given your relative newness to the game.

We're so sure, I'm going to have to perform some thread surgery before this becomes Tangent City. Please, please, please ask one question per thread whenever possible. As Andrew said, if the questions are related, feel free to clump a few together, but 16 questions, with plans to expand on that number, is far too cumbersome to handle.
