Oh, a huge part of me would love to write a "rogues' gallery" full of stats-but-no-points enemies built on templates from 62 points up to 250 points, of all races and professions! That would be a riot to put together. It's just that my experience with real product sales suggests that NPCs are such DIY material that nobody would pay for such a thing.
