I believe he meant the DX default for Sabre, DX-5 from DX 16, giving you a default skill of 11, being the same as a 1 point* skill in Broadsword giving you a broadsword skill of 15 and allowing you to use sabre at a default from braodsword...

there are folks as use this forum who'd get The Big Bang Theory TV show gag about 73 without having to think it out - me, I gotta use my fingers to check the binary LOL - but would miss/dismiss typos in English as irrelevant (like braodsword:))

*generally abbreviated to [1] or 1cp, ie character point.
