Aha, there are another -10 in Secondary Characteristics, in Reduced Basic Speed.

Do DF characters have a -75 point limit? I thought it was -55 in Adventurers.

If so, I've missed that, too. I always thought that they had a -75 point limit. Adopting -55 points makes chargen really simple, so you are probably right.
