Affliction Heart Attack has been posted by Kromm as an option for any save or be removed from play type effects. IIRC one of the examples was flesh to stone and another a disintegrate.. However as long as there were no or only minor beneifts from the punt I think most GMs would go with it just as a special effect.
You paid to insta kill, what happens to the body is more color then utility.
