I think that's a bit generous, since it's all Axe/Mace and all Two-Handed Axe/Mace weapons. I allowed "All one-handed Axe/Mace weapons" for 30 points on the dwarf in my current DF game, but I'd charge at least 5 points more to throw in 2H Axe/Mace on top of that, especially since it would also cover a lot of thrown weapons. There are a lot of weapons covered by Pickaxe Penchant and I'd err on the side of charging more - these are 250 point guys, after all, and so I'm not inclined to be extra-generous to them. :)
