RAW once per day is only -40%, not the -80% required to get it down to one point. You'd need RPK's Audible (-10%) and something like Emergencies Only for -30% to get the classic "oh God, oh God, oh God!" emergency-mantra; the modern secular version would be "oh sh**, oh sh**, OH SH**!"
