Huh... Does anyone make use of that distinction in their games? I've always kinda assumed that any zombie in a typical fantasy setting was the result of someone casting the Zombie spell :|

There are a lot of other potential kinds of undead.

Regardless of which, Turn Zombie is a specific antidote to Zombie. That's entirely clear from the spell description. Turning undead in general is a job for clerics, with True Faith (Turning), and not for wizards. Wizards can – and IMHO, should – only send away undead created by other wizards.

So maybe there could be a Turn Lich or Turn Wraith spell?

Lich's tend to be self-willed entities, likely created by their own hand, which should make them far harder to turn. Wraiths, on the other hand... IDHMBWM, but aren't there a set of spells specifically designed to deal with spiritual/Insubstantial entities? Astral Block, etc? If so, maybe there doesn't need to be a separate Turn Wraith spell.

In GURPS Magic it does not list Wraiths as having Insubstantial advantage. So I think they are dead corpses with a magic ring given to them by a wizard in their creation.

As written, that's right. Pentagrams explicitly keep out a Lich, and should be just as effective against a Wraith.
