Powers that come from a body part dont count as gadgets.
Having your eyes cut out would deprive you of your powers but well losing an eye is pretty bad and unlikely in normal play.
Making them a gadget is basically inviting them to be cut out.
Use Vision based for some of the powers that are not already.
