Not having bought the book, I assume it's hex-grid paper. Hex-grid paper can be found just about anywhere online, and there's a ton of free map software that lets you print it out, sometimes even adjusting the scale.

I would find more use from more such geomorphs. It would be a good e23 product for an enterprising designer.
