There is no physical stunning. Stunning is a mental condition, unless you mean something like a stun gun physically stopping your muscles from working.

BS 421. Any crippling injury is also a major wound, and requires a HT roll for knockdown and stunning.

And you can't possibly be unaware of the GURPS stun mechanics, where standard stunning is based on HT rolls, as differentiated from IQ-based mental stun.
