New Customer Question

I recently bought something on W23 and was wondering something about the order status.
Will the status change, "Items in green, your order will ship soon.." once the order has actually shipped?

That I have seen, it will not. That is just a basic indicator that the item(s) are in stock for purchase.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will recieve an email stating so.

The status of your order will change to SHIPPED from PENDING and you'll receive an email stating that your order has shipped. :)

It says your order tracking number is:_______
But it is blank?

I don't think the tracking feature actually works. If you chose FedEx (not International Standard) then you'll get an email from them once they pick up your package.

I got my order today, thanks so much, it was amazing and I'd do it again. The capsuales were great, (A i got a Siverpiece!!) along with the other "normal" promo items... My pawns are so cool. Thank you SO much.
