Flip-Flop Faster. Similar to High-Heeled Heroine. You can run at your normal Move (plus sprint bonuses) while wearing flip-flops, Crocs, or similarly-awkward shoes that aren't really built for it.

Put Your Hand Right On It! If you have multiples of a non-weapon item (for example, a ring of keys) you can pluck out the exact one you need at that given moment, without fumbling around for it. In the above example, if you have 20 keys on your ring and you need your supply closet key, it's the first one you grab. You must specialize (keys, socks, ping-pong balls, marital aids, whatever).

Tin Seer: With a quick inspection - you can determine via the shape, size, style and sound when shaken the exact contents of any food tin. This most importantly lets you identify what's inside all of those mystery tins with no labels, allowing you to quickly pick out your favourite meals and make a more balanced diet. Grants +1 to survival rolls when eating primarily tinned food.

Intended for a post-apocalyptic setting.

Portable People carrying you can negate up to -2 in penalties that would be incurred when carrying you. Rinoa Heartilly demonstrates this perk in Final Fantasy 8.

Indomitable
You are driven. In any circumstance where you have to roll against HT to stay conscious, you can instead try to stay awake by sheer force of Will, and roll against Will.

Retraction: Bought for each individual limb or head.
You can retract it into your torso. It becomes protected by torso armor, but of course can't be used.

Perfect for TMNTs, or my blob character that reabsorbs limbs to avoid comparisons to slugs.
