Well, the idea of Afflicting an Aging Dependency is kinda strange to me, and I would probably quash it right away... but, if you're allowing it at all, there doesn't seem to be a reason to assume Unaging characters would be immune by default, since the text of the Disadvantage explicitly allows for the combination. If you weren't comfortable with it, you might want to house rule that Unaging and the enhanced Dependency are either mutually incompatible, or can only be taken at character creation.
