Ok. Its a 400 points DF game. I'm playing with a
bow fencing Scout/Swashbuckler half-elf (Bow Fu Master!). I decided to use a small shield strapped to the forearm to deal with other archers. But the -2 to attack both ranged and melee (with the
Bladed Bow) is kind of annoying. That's why I want to know if its reasonable to buy off that penalty as a technique, because if so, it could be a awesome general combat power-up.
What do you think?
EDIT: By the way, speaking about DF... In DF setting, is Weapon Bond considered a perk or an advantage?
