I would consider slavery far more than capture. Slavery would be serious harm. Further "you never do anything that causes, or even threatens to cause, injury to the uninvolved". Releasing known slavers back into the world seems to "threaten to cause" injury to the average traveler. In addition it should be considered that if one has a Code that requires suicide when captured, then capture is considered serious harm. If Cannot Harm Innocents makes a caveat for one Code of Honor, I don't see why it wouldn't also have a caveat for Honesty.
