Munchkin B says that there is 2.6 seconds after King Tut was played for Necrophobia to apply and munchkin A has to run away. So who is right and what happens to Friendly card?
We ruled that there was this sequence:
munchkin A plays King Tut. while there is 2.6 seconds every other munchkin can play instants on King Tut\munchkin A, so Necrophobia is applied and munchkin A immediately has to run away. so there is no time to play Friendly and it goes back to munchkin A hand.

There is absolutely no reason why Player A is not allowed to make that play. He just has to give everyone a reasonable amount of time to stop him from winning, but that in no way ties his hands. And, since
Friendly doesn't end the combat and remove the Monster(s) immediately, as was stated, incorrectly by someone else,
Necrophobia is a fantastic play to prevent him from getting all that loot.
