I'd keep the numbers the same, probably just dropping the neck armor, and then modify for the relative SM as per Low Tech Companion 2, pg 21. Horses are SM +1, so if the boar is SM -1 its armor will be 25% the weight and cost, or 64% if SM +0.

A wild boar isn't likely to be SM -1. According to Wikipedia, they run 4-6 feet long and weigh 110-200 pounds; that's basically human sized. I'd made them SM 0.

Fair enough. I didn't see stats in GURPS Basic, so just guessed. That puts boar armor at roughly 2/3 the weight and cost of horse barding.

If you really want to go into detail, note that a hog will have proportionately larger body and head than a horse of the same 'size', but shorter neck and legs.

EDIT: also, you need to seperate your tags with commas. At the moment you have one tag which reads as 'boar-armor-large-low-tech'. A better set would probably be 'boar, armor, low-tech' ('large isn't really a meaningful tag here... and frankly I've got my doubts about 'boar'... maybe 'animal' would work better).
