I WAS going to argue that one-shot items usually have a GP value as well, but having checked several cards (e.g. Fairy Favor, Feline Intervention, Grave Error, Loaded Die, etc, etc.) have proved me wrong on that score too.

Please note that I said "card" and not "Item." As Andrew pointed out, there are cards which are one use, but are not Items. . .
