Notes
* A horsechopper is a Small-sized Halberd. Normal-quality ones are breakage prone, but Masterwork pieces do not have this problem.
Commandos have managed to make strides in overcoming the typical Goblin phobia of dogs and horses. Due to their Favored Enemy,
they are almost always tasked with eliminating any dogs or horses that stand in the way of the Warriors.
The Potion of Rage (which the commando may have already imbibed at the start of combat) gives +2 Strength, +2
Constitution, +1 Will Save, and -2 AC. Its effects last for five rounds (30 seconds).
The Commando may be mounted on a Goblin Dog.

Notes
The Commando may be mounted on a Goblin Dog.
Although the Commando's Phobia has a Control Rating of 15 (which is only a step above what I initially had for the Warriors and
Warchanters), I actually dialed up the phobia for those creatures to 6 to more accurately reflect the goblins' intense fear of
these creatures. Since the adventure also has an encounter that specifically hinges on a Goblin Commando's phobia of dogs, I felt
that eliminating the phobia altogether would be too generous. I'm actually considering giving the Commandos CR 12 for their phobia.
* I'm using the Harsh Realism for Ranged Weapons rules (LT.75)
This was a custom-built potion that has no basis at all in any GURPS rules I could find. I am 100% open to other suggestions.
Among other things, I considered replacing this with a Potion of Strength or Potion of Battle (M.214). The main source of
consternation is that the d20 "Barbarian Rage" ability has no analog in GURPS, even in DF 1, so there's nothing to go on there.
