Custom Cards Need Play Testing

I just ordered something like 40 blank cards from Warehouse 23 and I was hoping to see if anyone would like to help me in making sure they work and aren't over or under powered.

Doctor Who fans should take interest as they're all based on the series. Though I'm sure you've all created your own Who cards :P

Anyway, would like some outside input and will send you a Word doc to print and cut up and add to your base deck.
