Since you wouldn't want to let your Oberst get wet when it's raining, and since the jeep description on p. W106 mentions the removable canvas ragtop, the same should be provided for this car. After all, it did have it.

Fixed; it was included in the design, but forgotten in the write-up.

Now, I know you didn't mean that the first one was really produced in time to tow a ribauldequin at the battle of Crécy; you meant 1936. But some online sources say that actually the production began in 1938.

And for the second part, I'll stick with 1936, since that's when the movie takes place. Plus, Hollywood would never make an anachronistic mistake, right? :)

And the reason why I mention towing a primitive cannon in 1346 is that there are a couple of photos of this car being used to tow a PaK 36 in 1941 or thereabouts. Maybe worth mentioning.

For weight reasons, I did not use the Light option for the chassis, and in the MVDS system, this means the vehicle automatically comes with a hitch.
EDIT: Err, right. Mention the cannon. Well, I guess we have now :)

Another photo has a makeshift installation of an optional addition, a small searchlight.

Certainly a nice option. . .
