Again, assuming the .454 Cassul is in close enough, Rcl should be 4 or 5.

The carbine would reduce Rcl by 1 and raise Acc 1 thanks to the shoulder stock. Normal Acc would be 2 or maybe 3 if they're particularly high quality.
