I was looking at the List of Favorite Perks, and it got me thinking about custom Quirks.
Do any of you have any, or did any of your players come up with something interesting? (My apologies in advance if this is a duplicate of a previous thread).

FWIW, every incarnation of my Time Lord has these Quirks, and each has caused him significant trouble more than once.
QUIRKS [-5] [-1] Believes himself intellectually superior to almost everyone. [-1] Dislikes and distrusts authority intensely (closet anarchist). [-1] Prefers to work alone (but tolerates an occasional Companion). [-1] Takes a variety of gadgets/tools with him everywhere he goes. [-1] Unusual pigmentation (plum-tinted skin, purple hair and eyes).

Some from GURPS: Lensman that have been used by characters in my games:
'Meat and potatoes man', 'Insults friends', 'Swears colourfully by body parts of the space god'. Interestingly (for me) the mundane listed quirk 'Always wears something white' has become a defining characteristic in a character of mine. I think the GM had a brainwave, and made sure that: white clothing is gifted for good deeds, that his cape (made from the fur of winter-adapted animals) never seems to get dirty or rot and that a white wolf is the symbol of destiny in the culture. Then his hair turned white as well. -and my character added sleeves and buttons to his cape, turning it into a jacket, then a hood. I have a feeling that he's going to look like a white wolf before long... -also makes me wonder about the cape made from feathers that he made for his mother... |

This is the kind of delusion I can see as -1 pt, but on a boss it feels like it would be a driving motivation of his (his intellectual superiority), it feels more like a -5pts delusion to me

"Loves elaborate hats, reacts particularly favourably to people wearing them" - which resulted in the character volunteering to go on a quest for someone in a particularly nice yarmulke once.
"Absolutely positively is NOT a Hell Gnome." - the point being that she would go quite out of her way to deny it.

I am certain I have never had two characters with a common quirk. To me having a "favorite" defeats the purpose of quirks.

As Mr Haze (may I call you "Purple"?) says, having favourite quirks seems somewhat to miss the point. Coming up with quirks that one likes, though is fine.
"Firmly dismisses Crowley as a decadent oaf, and says more quietly that Fuller is a fool for listening to him so much (and would say that being an anti-Semitic Hermetic scholar is pretty ludicrous)" "Highly formal with strangers" "Non-smoker, and regards tobacco as an addictive drug for the weak" "Uncomfortable in civies; -1 to all social skills when not wearing some kind of military uniform" "Wants to treat magic as a formal science, but is nervous about where the power actually derives from (Refers to rituals as "procedures")" "Takes obsessive pride in his calm demeanour" "EI rights campaigner" "Hates not having a lesser AI to boss around" (Yes, on the same character.) "Likes ordinary lager - aggressively uninterested in beer snobbery" "Really dislikes people who don't pay attention to Health & Safety" "Refers to Tony Blair as "the Great Satan" and Gordon Brown as "the Wee Satan""
