GURPS finger horror

Off hand (sorry) I'd call the rotting touch a resisted, cyclic low damage corrosion effect with lots of cycles. Resist with a -4 or so, the damage continues until a successful resistance or until you melt.

It obviously has a severely restricted diet, and classic Uncontrollable Appetite (stopping to eat while the goblins were escaping).

The mention of arms constantly breaking suggests that it is Fragile (Brittle). It's probably Fragile (Unnatural) also, for being Undead, for being a nightmare creation, and for the repeated mentions of how feeble it is.

And yes, creeeeepy as hell - Monstrous appearance and Terror really does seem appropriate.
