I think that's too broad for a pyramid article. Better it's own series a la Action/Dungeon Fantasy/Monster Hunters. You're too far away from the genre assumptions in a TL 8 world once you get to higher tech levels. Down to late TL 5 or up to TL 9 you're probably still okay.
