Clerical Clarification

So although I've owned my munchkin set for almost 6 years I just recently started playing a lot with my college friends. I just wanted to be sure I'm using the Cleric card right. so a Few Questions:
1. Can resurrection be used when kicking down the door? and if so can I use it twice when Epic?
2. If I attach for instance the dead ringer & holy rollers (which basically give some form of the Turning ability) to my cleric does either all or any of the plus X vs undead stack? is it + 8 per card with a limit of 3 or is it a limit of 9 cards + 3 for the first 6 and + 2 for the last 3?
3. if A cleric win a combat on his own can he choose to draw face up & use Resurrection?
4. I'm going to Get "Munchkin: Go up a level", next time I go to the comic shop, but until then: the new cleric effect: is it draw as many as you discard or is it still limited to how many face up cards you were supposed to draw?
