I've read lots of places on ways to explode oneself; MyGURPS offering probably my favorite option. But I was wondering, is it fair to take a perk "Can kill self at will"?

It may be justifiable under the Controllable Disadvantage rules, though of course once you're dead you can't make any deliberate HT rolls to deactivate.
