Sure. Just to be clear, I was talking specifically about Attribute Penalty Afflictions. Those are the ones that seem to me to be less useful as attacks compared to other general types.

Attribute penalty afflictions are not worth it unless you add Margin Based or you add a lot of attribute penalty to the affliction: -10 DX is only +100%, and will cripple the style of any combatant. Of course, for +100%, you could afflict Agony, Choking, Extasy or Seizure, that are worse most of the time.
Still, IMHO, the king of attribute reducing afflictions is lowering HT. It's very cheap (-10 HT is only +50%) and will considerably lower the chances someone will resist other effects, suffer from major wounds and unconsciousness, etc etc.
