Definitely - two expansions and the base set should be perfect, and the Dungeons will just add to the experience!

I've found that using SGF or the Munchkinomicon is a great addition to any game, since it really provokes certain behaviors (good for SGF, bad for MN) moreso than you might have in a game that doesn't have them.

Just adding MGC to the base set definitely seems like it would water down the game a bit, but that's probably because the expansion was pulling from Blender, so you want to have more expansions in place to really enjoy some of the abilities that MGC (and now Cheat With Both Hands) adds.
