I had several copies pre-ordered from some website (forget which) but all of my copies only had the "Festering Jesting" in it, ie two copies of each, I never got the quest version, Excessive Exchanges.

(And incidentally if anyone got the reverse of what I did and wants the Jesting ones i'm willing to trade, just PM me)
