Restraining Order correct ruling

I'm not overly fond of the idea of playing Restraining Order once combat is essentially over and expecting everything to get unwound. I'm also not overly-fond of thread bumping. I think we've asked that people use the private message system, politely, to call attention to unanswered threads.

At any rate, Andrew's response in this thread here would indicate that by playing Restraining Order would just give your opponent his cards back without changing the outcome of playing those cards.
