My point it NOT. Does the Character Have a significant other? then baring other quirts or disadvantaged it IS bad RP IF he is hitting on the majorities of blonds he see. Remember Hitting on is MORE than just social flirting, hitting on in an active attempt to socially hook up.

So is a horrible example as stated.
