Elder Scrolls Conversion to GURPS 4e (Help Please!)

Just the other day i took a look over my GURPS-ES conversion notes and ran into a question:
What about the different facial expressions of the various races?
i think we can assume that humans and elves and maybe orcs can "read" each others faces but what about the khajiit and the argonians? they're totally different to the others. how is an imperial folk from somewhere were no argonians live supposed to read their facial expressions and how can i translate that into GURPS terms?
