Unless it's not the advantage, but the Shapeshifting spell from Magic. in that case the assumption is that you don't get the mental traits: "The caster retains his intelligence, but gains all the physical attributes of the new form", supported by the fact that you " calculate the point value of the physical characteristics of the beast form and charge 1/20 of the form’s cost to cast".
Combat Reflexes is noted as Mental on B43, (and a Mental trait is defined on B32), so with Shapeshifting spell, I don't think you should get the advantage.
