bonus cards that do not state one time use

can anyone please tell me weather cards that have +bounus on them but do not state weather they are a onetime use or not do these cards say down infront of you and aid you in your combats or do we treat them as a one time use card and dispose of them after battle

What game are you referring to? Most games will state in the rules if cards are one-time use or not.

Assuming you are asking about Munchkin . . . Treasure cards with combat bonuses may be used over and over unless they specify "one use only." Most Door cards that affect combat, such as monster enhancers, are one-shots.
