It really depends a lot on the terrain. If this is in the city, it could be as easy as waiting at a stop sign for the truck to stop, then jacking them. Or Jamal could hop down onto the top of their truck from an overpass.

Our characters know each other, right? We're aware of each others' abilities?

Jamal has Streetwise at 17, and he gets a hefty reaction bonus against shady characters. It would probably be easiest to have him infiltrate the enemy organization.

For "valley" and so forth read as appropriate for urban work; Toni is better at non-urban for medium- or long-term (Survival and Tracking rather than Streetwise), but for single missions like this she's perfectly fine. Current plans are basically the same anyway.

Onto my previous questions though: do we know how many trucks and people there will be, and what kind of firepower we'll be up against?

Further developments once we know the kind of terrain I think.

Flint will stand ready to dash out some damage either with his fists or if possible his M60 modified MG.

He will stand back a little let the other start the contact but as soon as itīs on he will take part. Also he will keep alert for any "surprises" like meta humanīs guarding the convoy.

Half a dozen trucks, several times that many people. These guys regularly use sub machine guns, and may have heavier stuff as part of the cargo.

How about L shape ambush would be best then? Front and left side (drivers side).

Well, Bolt can run full out at about 90 miles per hour, and with Altered Time Rate and Enhanced Time Sense, presumably, he'll be able to dodge some bullets.

How is that going to work again, boss?

With Super Jump 3, he can cover about 100 yards with a running start.

Between the two capabilities, he'll be able to get wherever we need him, though he's really only good with pistols, knives, and fists.

He could get up close and try to take out their tires before they can respond. Or get on top of one of the vehicles and start laying fire down into them from the roof.

Or, he can try to get inside one of the cabs, beat on them some, and maybe stop the convoy that way, or at least tie it up some.

Myrmidon can serve as the pocketbook for whatever the group needs. He is filthy rich and isn't here for the money. As for his role in the attack, he is essentially an anti-tank weapon (meaning the tank character concept, although I suppose it would apply to the tank vehicle as well), as he ignores DR completely with his attacks.

He should likely be involved in set-up and then deal with any meta-human threats that pop up. In the absence of metas, he can go down the line disabling vehicles.

Perhaps a set-up where the front vehicle is disabled or blocked (whatever you decide) and Myrmidon is in position at the back of the convoy. He moves in and prevents a retreat by putting down the last vehicle in the convoy and working his way forward from there.

OOC:
Does anyone in the group have any points in leadership. My guy isn't exactly a "leader of men," here. We should probably have somebody as the guy in charge to make the final decisions. Any volunteers?

OCC: I am not completely done with my character yet. i can put some points into Leadership and Tactics. His patron supplies him with his equipment so he is good to go in that department.

Sorry I haven't chimed in yet but I have been out of town for the past couple days and I am still waiting for an answer from the GM on a question I had pmed him.

Update: changed him to have born tactician and gave him leadership and tactics.

IC: Minute man is a by the book type of guy plus he doesn't look kindly on putting innocents into the line of fire. He is a good close close quarters fighter and a natural with all small arms but prefers pistols. He is a lead from the front type of guy. He has a leadership and tactics of 14.

Terrain is wilderness, hills/forest, as mentioned above. Your characters know each other and are aware of each others' abilities. Jamal would almost certainly have no trouble making contact with some members of the organization, but any infiltration would have to happen quickly!
