Default Deck of Too Many Things

Got asked about this card and am puzzling on it. Compelling arguments from players on wording of "Decks". Both Fairy Dust and Munchkinomicon are decks also, when you use them.

Wording that is causing the problem:

"Now discard any or all of the cards remaining in your hand, and draw the same number, face down, from either deck(s)."

The wording seems to nail it down to two decks, doors and treasures, but they argued the card was produced before these two decks...

Until Andrew says otherwise, I would keep it to the Door and Treasure decks. Scouring the mini-decks for Fairy Dust cards and Munchkinomicon spells seems too powerful an ability to me.

My search fu sucks, but I seem to recall this coming up before and Andrew stating it was just door and treasure. I could be wrong. For whatever reason I think he said FD didn't count as a deck per se.

As I remember from the FD rules, they state that nothing (including death) can take those cards from you. Don't have Munchkinomicon yet (darn freeze/snowstorm in north TX holding up FedEx!) but suggest reading those rules to see if similar wording exists there.
