Undead Monster + Wandering Monster

Open door monster: Lvl 2 Undead Monster

Wandering monster: Normal Lvl 19 + 10 enhancer

The player fighting is a cleric.
Does the "Undead" factor also apply for the wandering monster? Or is it separate?
Also does that mean the player can only discard 1 card at the moment because the undead monster is lvl 2?
