The card "Your Powers Have Grown"

Is the a "usable once card" or can I continue every time it is my turn taking Power card from the Door discards?

Your Powers Have Grown! is a card you use only once.

The rules describe cards like this under "Other Treasures," which says:

Other Treasure cards are “specials” (like “Go Up A Level”). You may play these at any time, unless the card itself says otherwise. Follow the card’s instructions, then discard it, unless it has a persistent bonus like an Item.

No problem. I'd have to check, but I think, depending on the game, some cards like these say "usable once only," but not all do.
