Hi,
I'm creating a world where all pc mages use Syntactic magic for the primary magic system. However, PCs can use spells from magic as "rotes" it removes all the requirements for prerequisites and makes the base roll based off the lower of the two words involved in the spell. This allows them to get the advantage of improved casting time and reduced fatigue cost for the "rotes" Is there a way add a spell to the character sheet and then just manually change the base roll so they can spend points from there improve?

You should be able to enter it in the full edit window of the spell, it might work best starting from the ritual varinats, as thes allready default from a path skill
