How to get event & other promo cards

I've been looking all over the forum but I can't seem to find the answer to two of the most burning questions I have.

How on earth can you get those special cards, coins, bookmarks etc. when you live in the Netherlands?

And I just got loads of Munchkin games & expantions for x-mas & just bought some but didn't get any free extra cards. Did I read it wrong on the site where they say "Find them at conventions or your local game store" cause I didn't find them.

Please help

Did you get your card from warehouse23.com? cause I just got an order and I got 2x coins, 4x book marks, and 4x Promo cards (the ones I've been wanting). Retail stores dont give promo cards that I know of. If you want promos you need to order from warehouse23.com or get them from ebay.com...

You can also ask a MIB whether he (or she) has any to spare - sometimes that's all it takes. This, of course, requires one to find the local MIB, and that's something that a game store or convention can do more easily than a customer can.

So ask your friendly local game store to get in touch with the MIBs to set up a game-demonstration day...

No, not that I've seen. MIB's are supposed to, but unless the stores request them or have a MIB to take care of them they aren't "supposed" to.

I have a swag bag that I give out of, at the stores I take care of. I would love your to tell the owner he's "supposed" to do anything but sell items.
