Frex, Paper Miniatures on e23 looks awesome for breadth of coverage and price, but the art seems somewhat hit or miss. Are there any other companies that cover such a broad range of genres?

Steve Jackson Games does... or, at least, they did. I don't see their Western or Supers characters on the list on that page...
