Default Questions from unexperienced players

I own Munchkin 3, Munchkin Blender, Go up a level, and my friends wanted to play on new years.

I was just wondering if I could play a full game with that combination of cards/sets

My local hobby shops both most likely won't get Munchkin 1 in until after new years, and that's why I don't have it at the moment.

No, you really need to start with a core set.

Just to clarify, Go Up A Level was only needed if you had sets printed before May 2010. It replaced cards in older sets that were overhauled when the major reprinting started. It doesn't contain any new cards.
