Batrachian (Cowl of Cthulhu) and Hopped Up On Lotus (Munchkin Fu)

The artwork of the Batracian monster enhacer is a frog monster... So, a monster can be considered a FROG for all effects when is affected by this enhacer? In the other hand, we have the enhacer Hopped Up On Lotus which gives a +15 instead of +5 if the monster is the Hopping Vampire, a rabbit, or a FROG... Can be a +20 combo possible with these 2 cards?

I would allow it.

A quick search for the definition of Batrachian is a word used to describe frogs. So playing this card should turn any monster into a 'Frog' creature and give them any advantages thereof.

Oh the weirdness that occurs in a Blended game.....
